Date : -/-/-Credit Monitoring Agency : I have noticed that the wrong account of collection was reported to my credit file by Credit Management Company. I want to dispute the wrongfully reported account as it was paid on -/-/-. When I have received the invoice from Virginia - with wrong amount, I had called their billing dept on -/-/- and talked to - - in - office. She asked me to pay the $300.00 ( the agreed amount ). She told me that she will adjust the account accordingly. I had paid the $300.00 as per our discussion. ( Pease see the proof of payment and my note on the invoice as summary of our discussion. ) It was paid through card with written memo as full and final payment and Virginia - - processed payment as full and final payment. ( Please ask for card payment signature proof to Virginia - -, you will see my memo ) I have attached the supporting document to support the unlawful. I am asking for full investigation of abuse of system by Credit Management Company to collect money which was paid to original creditor. I had paid the full balance of the service received from Virginia - - as per agreed. Please see the proof of payment - - bank statement traction of $300.00 ( Agreed amount ). I have provided the proof of agreement and payment to Credit Management Company ( please see attached latter dated. -/-/- to Credit management company ) On the same letter, I had asked to provide me further document to validate excess amount of $120.00. The Credit management company has never responded to my letter and did not provide any proof to validate the excess amount $120.00 which they want to collect from me. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information to dispute this account and remove from my credit file. I would appreciate if you remove this dispute account from my credit file. Thank you
