Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Washington

I checked my credit report and found EOS CCA had been submitting a collection report saying I owe $90.00 to - - bill. I called them to ask what it was for, and they told me for - - bill from 2008 or so. I let them know I have not had -, and I asked why they had n't ever contacted me. They said they tried to previously, but I 've never received a message from them or any letter saying they were attempting to reach me. I requested verification of the debt from EOS CCA 3 months ago, and they still have not provided this. I called - - and they were not aware of this bill.
