I refinanced an existing home loan with Umpqua Bank in - this year. Since then I have been on the phone for several hours trying to get my insurance and auto deposit set up correctly. In the last two weeks Umpqua has taken - full mortgage payments from my checking account but not at the date they specified. My insurance company says that my balance with them is short $60.00 but when I call Umpqua they tell me the account is fine.
