I have a direct withdrawal set up for my credit card payments. The bank did not take out - payments ( which I had accounted for ). They claim they sent me mail to let me know that I needed to renew my agreement, which - employees of Chase verified were returned to them, as they have the wrong address for me ( a computer glitch that lists an apartment number incorrectly, WHICH I HAVE CALLED TO CORRECT BEFORE! ). However, when forwarded to - -, Supervisor of Customer Services for Credit Cards @ Chase Bank in - -, T-, he claimed he could see the returned mail, but he would not count it as the date of return was not logged in on the computer on his end, so the missed payments would continue to be reported. This was CLEARLY a mistake on their end, and has been verified by - of their employees, including - ( Emp. I.D . # - ), but he simply refused to correct it on their end, and refused to allow me to speak with anyone above him who could correct it. This error on their part has caused my credit rating to drop more than - points in less than a week.
