RE : --PRIVILEGED AND CONFIDENTIALCOMPLAINT : -Dear Wells Fargo Bank : I am in receipt of your regular mailed letter thot mirrors the online letter I IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED. Now, let ME, -, provide clarification. The rental deposit annual interest payment is mandated for ALL LANDLORDS to paying tenants annually. I received the $1.00 check dated -/-/- sometime late in -/-/-. I was unable to cash or deposit $1.00 official - check ( does not contain remarks noting 'void ' ) If the money has not been returned to the sender, then the money should be sitting in a bank ACCOUNT collecting interest.
