I purchased a new lawn mower and took our a load with - - - which has is handle by Synchrony Financial. I received a credit card related to this load in - 2015. I attempted on - - 2015 to setup an online account to manage the load and make payments. The account setup did not go well. I called - for assistance with the account. I was told - was having issues with their internet site and to wait a few hours. I did and it still did not work. A few days later I tried to again and was unable to access my account. I called and was told be a supervisor that the E-services team would need to look at it. Since then I have called several times and have been told to wait for a call back. It has been 3 weeks and there is no resolution. I called again today - - 2015 and was told to call back on Monday. This is a loop of lack of service. I 'm am prohibited me from access my account and paying my bill. I have an excellent credit rating and always pay my bills on time and pay my credit cards in full each month.
