GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
Synchrony Bank ( Formerly GE Capital Retail Bank ) I 've notice - charge off accounts on my credit file so I have disputed the information with all three credit report agency and they came back verified. I Then contacted Synchrony Bank ( Formerly GE Capital Retail Bank ) and I spoke to a Customer Service Representative named - - she would n't provide me with an employee ID. - - informed me that these synchrony/GEBank accounts do n't have any information on them that it was all sent to a collection agency. How did they investigate these accounts with the credit report agents without any documentation?
