I have made payment in Full to the collection agency ( Receivable Performance Management-RPM, Washington State ) since - 2014 and after several calls to the Debt collector, the information still remain on my credit report as the OPEN unpaid. i have called them several times in -, -, -, - and now - to correct this error and they promised to remove but have not done anything. This inaction is affecting my credit despite making full payment.
