JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Credit determination California
I had applied for a Chase - Visa Platinum credit card online on -/-/-/-/2015. Due to lack of verifications reasons to further evaluate my application, their fraud department had mailed me a letter stating they needed some personal information sent in verifying my date of birth/current billing address. I provided exactly that by their fax ( copy of my drivers license and current - utility bill ) to speed up the process given by - of their representatives at this telephone number, - -. They confirmed receiving my items 72 hours after. Since then, I contacted them now over - times to discuss and resolve this issue, but their requested contact, Supervisor - - has not returned my call since all the messages that were left by me still. In my last telephone call, I was told from - of their representatives at this number that they had declined my application due to this same reason, but still received no letter. I am even more unhappy that their telephone representative gave me the final decision before they even contacted me. I am extremely concerned about my credit report showing any negativity against other potential creditors to review my account for this unsatisfactory reason. I work very hard to maintain a good credit rating and need find a resolution for this. It has now been on going for over a month now and no matter how proactive I am, they are not responding. I am open to any assistance to resolve this matter.
