I am a realtor in the State of Washington. I represent a buyer who had an offer accepted on a short sale in -, 2014 with Chase Bank. We do not have short sale approval. In - we had an a BPO and appraisal and were told Chase would not counter and we were going to approval. To date we have not yet been approved. We are concerned Chase is stringing us along until prices increase and then will charge a high price. Other short sales in the building have closed already. We are worried this is deceptive business practices.
