JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I have a credit card with Chase. I believe their interest rate charging practices are unfair and deceptive. I had a statement balance of $1300.00 with a due date of -/-/15. I made an online payment of $1000.00 on -/-/15. I could not make a - payment of $310.00 until the next day because their online system only permits - payment per day. I was charged interest of 12.24 % on a balance of $1300.00 when only $310.00 was - day late. I was told by their unhelpful representatives that the interest is charged on not the balance overdue but also charges incurred during the cycle that have not yet come due. I believe this is unfair and deceptive.
