I am the Personal Representative in my father 's, estate. In the course of closing my father 's estate, I was made aware of his being named as the primary borrower on an auto loan through Chrysler Capital. On - -, 2015 I faxed Chrysler Capital a letter explaining my position and all persons involved in the issue, as well as including letters testamentary, oath of named personal representative, and a certified copy of my father 's death certificate. These were sent to request copies of the original loan documents, pages that included signatures, specifically that of my father. The reason I wanted these documents is so the estate accountant could assess and report the interest on the loan on my father 's income tax statement. I spoke with - on - -, 2015 and was told he sent an email to someone in the deceased department to have them send the original loan copies to me via the -. I waited until the week of - -, 2015 and called again. This time I was informed the request could not be fulfilled from an email, rather, there must be an


an issue for me, something to hold on to while waiting for the loan document copies to arrive. On - -, 2015, I called Chrysler Capital again ; was hung up on by - ; and told another request was sent and it would be another - days waiting for the document copies to arrive. I pointed out that I had begun this - weeks prior for the purpose of reporting it on my father 's income tax statement and that - days would be too late. My request to expedite and/or overnight this duplicate request was denied. I am asking for your help again regarding my father 's estate and settlement. I want the copies of the loan documents before I file my father 's taxes, so I can report the interest on the car loan on his taxes. Each time I spoke to someone different at Chrysler Capital and was told another request was issued. I received another payment history postmarked - -, 2015 in the mail a week later. Today, - -, 2015 I am disgusted with how this company formed to make auto loans easier has been treating my father 's name and estate, so I am adding to the letter sent to the Attorney General - days ago and casting a larger net. To be blunt and to the point ( rudeness implied ), I want a copy of the original loan documents that show all the signatory parties privy to this loan. As the Personal Representative of the estate, I am now privy to any and all financial documents and it is in this position of authority I am requesting copies of the loan documents. This is an abhorrent way to treat any human being 's estate, especially a veteran. Included in this complaint are original letter faxed to Chrysler Capital - including all important information - and the payment history and payoff letter sent to me ; letter testamentary ; oath of named personal representative ; letter sent with complaint to Attorney General of the State of Washington ; and certified copy of my father 's death certificate. I honestly tried to work with Chrysler Capital, but after - weeks, I believe I have been patient enough.
