JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I accidently sent a $1000.00. payment to Chase - - that was suppose to go to -. At that time there was a - balance on my acct. I called and spoke to someone on -/-/- and they gave me grief about getting back the payment and said it would take - days. I called on -/-/- to check status if it being sent out and was told they sent out only $930.00 of the $1000.00. over payment since there were - small charges to the account on -/-/-. My statement does not come out till the - of each month, so I had n't even received my statement for Chase for the coming month. They have refused to send me my full balance of the $1000.00. that was accidently sent to them.
