In -/-/- I discovered a Collection Agency State Collection on my credit report ( - ) claiming funds on behalf of - - -. I contacted the Collection Agency - - / Supervisor ) to let them know my account is and has been paid in full since -/-/-. - told me this account would go to their Client Services


account was paid in full, and they do not understand why I was submitted. Since then, this claim has not been removed from my credit report. I called State Collection again today ( - ) and spoke with -, and this time she gave me - stories. The first story was they sent me an itemized bill on -/-/- ( not received ) then she changed her story telling me they contacted - - - but received no documentation from them. I immediately called - - - back and spoke with -, and she again verified I owe nothing to the hospital, and they DO NOT conduct any business with State Collection '' and do not understand why they would be making this claim. I am at a loss of what to do now. I am not getting any results from either claimant.. Please advise ...
