Since -/-/- monthly loan payments are not being correctly applied to the proper loan accounts. Service company has been contacted numerous times by both phone and mail without success. Incorrect credit reporting has resulted in denial of credit several times. A complaint was filed in -/-/- ( - ) and subsequent payments have been mailed to the special handling address provided by the service company. However, no change has resulted from using the special handling address, and the mis-application of payments and incorrect credit reporting has continued.
