My mortgage is due the - of each month as usual. However, by the - day I began receiving phone calls daily at work and on my cell phone concerning the delinquent '' payment. The mortgage was paid by the - and I asked them not to call me during the grace period. I was told there is no grace period as the loan is due on the - of each month. I requested they did not call me repeatedly any more until the mortgage was assessed a late fee or actually reported to the credit bureau.
