Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida

In -/-/- I purchased a vehicle from - -, in - Florida. The vehicle was financed through Citi Financial. - years later in -/-/- I was no longer able to make the monthly payments for this vehicle. As a result, I had to have the bank repossess the vehicle. A - months went by and I started to receive calls from Citi Financial regarding this vehicle 's remaining balance, and how it was going to be paid. I told the representative that I was not working at the time but as soon as I got a job I would start making payments. A - days went by, and I started to get harassing phone calls from Citi Financial. I was told by Citi Financial that they were going to garnish my wages, they were going to send the police to my work, and that I was also going to be arrested. I contacted a lawyer, and we took Citi Financial to court. I won my case, and Citi Financial was never to contact me again, and they were also not to report to the credit bureau. Still to this day, it is showing on my credit report the car loan that I had, which was sold to a collection agency. As a result of this being on my credit, it is showing a negative mark against me.
