Bayview loans keeps calling and harassing me about being behind on a payment. I 've called them numerous times to try and fix this problem but no one can help me in the so called customer service area. I have gone to my bank and receive copies of my proof of payment starting back from - and ended it in -, I have fax them numerous times showing them that I never miss a payment. Every time I ask them a question over the phone they say put it in writing and fax it to us. Not one person I 've talk to was able to answer a question. Its like its choreograph. I called one time and got a person here in - -, when I found that out and ask her if she had a branch in - she just laugh and said no. She works out of her house and supposedly all my information is there on her computer. I 'm not liking this. These people are no better than - and have no desire to help you what so ever.
