We transferred money from our - to our US bank account. Bank of America on the other hand gave us an exchange rate of -. This made the transfer about 260 dollars less than expected. After complaining to Bank of America they gave us 130 dollars back, an exchange rate of -. We still mean this is far to high considering the exchange rate - -. 2015. They also informed us that their exchange rate is higher the higher the transferred amount is, and we want to complaint about this arbitrary way of setting the rate.
