I submitted a complaint last - to the CFB regarding PayPal and a dispute that I had with them from -/-/2006 PayPal told the CFB that they lifted the restriction on my account however they continue to place an undue burden on me utilizing the service in light of this. Frequently holding funds from transactions several weeks and issuing only generic email responses and not answering my calls when I call to complain. As a consumer this places an undue burden on me when I sell something on Ebay and have to wait an inordinate and uncustomary amount of time to receive my funds when post people receive their funds instantly from items they have sold and mailed. Yes, they even hold my funds after I have mailed and sent the items with a tracking number. This is particularly egregious because customers who purchase from the site have no alternatives to pay for products. Ebay who owns Paypal forces consumers to use their payment processing service PayPal. So I am stuck with no response from the organization and I am continuing to be punished for a matter from 9 years ago that I thought we resolved last - - with Case number : -
