Receivables Management Corporation Debt Collection Complaint

Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine

Receivables Management Corporation Debt collection department,

Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine South Carolina

I have disputed this debt several times in which this company was sent a certified letter requesting validation of debt that supports their claim that I indeed owe this debt and the amount in question. Reporting this without the info requested is defamation of my character and it is affecting my ability to enjoy good credit. The FDCPA states I have the right to ask and receive the information that they have yet to furnish to me. I received a certified letter from Receivable Management yesterday that contained a copy of the letter I sent to them which I have attached to this complaint. By law reporting this debt without proof is a violation. I have also attached a copy of my credit report which is dated for today 's date and - - is still reporting it and I 'm not happy. I 'm requesting your assistance in helping me to resolve this matter fairly and quickly.
