On - -, 2015 at around -, I visited the branch at - - -, - -, FL -, to purchase euros. I used a credit card after being assured - by the teller that it would process as a charge and not a cash advance. I told him that I would pay cash if it processed as a cash advance because I did n't want to pay the cash advance fees. I looked at my account online a few days later and discovered it had been processed as a cash advance. I was finally able to speak with the branch manager, - -. She took my information and told me she would get back to me. She called two days later and left a voice mail to call her with no further information. I have since left a voice mail - on her direct number -, but have not had the courtesy of a return call.
