i recently obtained a copy of my - and - credit reports and saw that enhanced recovery had listed an negative account on both my - and - credit reports without sending a dunning letter. after I filed a complaint with the - on - -, 2015 they sent a letter with a copy of bill which does not include whether they purchased the debt I specifically asked for all documents showing that they are allowed to attempt to collect and the original contract of the debt they are trying to collect to see if I actually owe this debt. They have been reporting this on my credit report since -. I requested for them to remove all negative information as I do not believe I owe this debt ad they did not provide the information that I requested and they stated that they would send the credit reporting agency status as I am disputing this debt.
