JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I have been disputing a credit card account with Chase Bank and I sent them a Letter asking for the credit card agreement bearing my signature, the date it was opened, and the date of the first delinquency and they sent me a letter back stating that they could not provide me with any of that information because they sold the account. But when I dispute with -, and - it comes back as verified. Chase Bank is not able to verify this account so they are NOT GIVING ME MY DUE PROCESS of the FRCA and are reporting false unverifiable information.
