Closing/Cancelling account Washington
I have not used - services for several months. I contacted - via both online and by telephone and asked for cancellation of services and VISA card withdrawals. I was told the account was cancelled and there would be no further charges, but the charges go on as before. I reported my VISA card lost and got a new card, but VISA gave the new card number to - and the charges continue.
