I keep receiving letters concerning a debt to original creditor - - - -. I have NEVER had a cell phone in my name. EVER. I tried to call EOS/CCA, US Asset Management to resolve this. All they did was try to phish more info out of me and demand I pay. When I asked to prove the debt, the agent said they did n't have to and when I refused to pay the $470.00 offer in payment for a debt of $940.00, she hung up on me. I think they are sending out letters to try to get suckers to pay debts that are n't theirs.
