I received from Wells Fargo many letters offering to refinance my mortgage loan. I called and started the process, sent all the documentation required, and finally they denied the loan for - ''. I then sent an email to a - complaining ( - ) eleven days ago, and it has been ignored. No response from any - or anyone.
