JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I have a Chase Visa account which Chase just canceled for no reason, this is what the customer service supervisor - told me when i tried to get an answer. Why is it that an account that was with no balance and monthly payments on time, can just be cancelled for no reason. The Chase customer service supervisor said it was because they felt like it. i realize that in the fine print they can do what ever they want, but it 's ridiculous that an account which is in Excellent standing be cancelled for no reason. This is not right.
