JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Chase Freedom Reward Credit Card / Amazon.com Reward ( provided by JPMorgan Chase & Co. ) Chase decided to close my credit card accounts. At the time of the account closure, I had more than $200.00 in rewards balances. Chase did not refund to me, nor apply the rewards balance to the balance on the credit cards. Chase forefeited '' the value of the rewards account. I now owe Chase ~ $270.00 for the balances on the account. Chase is unwilling to apply any rewards value to that balance. I imagine there are a significant number of potential class members who have had their Reward balance forfieted '' when their account is closed.
