JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I over paid my Chase credit card via bill pay by $3600.00. They tell me it will take 10 business days to refund my money. That 's absolutely absurd. One has the feeling that Chase purposely delays repayment in order to gain financial advantage for the bank. When you multiply all the accidental over payments, it 's a significant amount of money. It takes two days for my electronic bill pays to be received, yet it takes Chase 2 weeks to refund my money?
