JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I was off work last year - - months due to illness and unemployment. I have closed both of my Chase credit card accounts and have enrolled into the - - - for both cards. I used the alternate month payment option not being aware that the skipped payments payments would count as 30 and 60 days late on my credit reports. I have contacted Chase, quite angry on several occasions, written to Chase and all - credit bureaus.
