Information was disclosed to my spouse ( non-signer ) and suggestions were made that I was having an affair and a -. This same - - threatened to have me arrested at my home or place of business. He would find me and take me in. I acknowledge that I owe the debt and made partial payment today in an effort to resolve but my rights and the law were violated in the effort.
