I received a notification from - - that there is an open collection '' on my - Credit Report. On my report there is an open collection from the agency EOS CCA '' for $56.00. The original company says - - ''. I called - - - and they confirmed that I do not have any debt and that my account is closed and paid in full ( documentation attached ). I called EOS CCA at the number provdied by - ( documentation attached ) and tried to remedy


I gave them my Social Security number. They could not find my account based on my name, address, or phone number. They said unless I give them my social security number they would be unable to help me. I called and made a complaint with the - as well as -. - is going to dispute the charge with EOS CCA. My credit score is going down because of this company and this open collection. I am hoping that this is investigated so this does not happen to anyone else, and so this does not effect my purchasing decisions in the future. Thank you for your support.
