JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I was involved in an accident ( on - -, 2014 - Claim # - ) while driving a vehicle rented from - ( case # - ). - has, until now, not given the necessary quote for storage, towing and repairs to my insurance provider ( - ). The credit card company ( CHASE VISA ) which was used to pay for the initial rental has rejected my dispute claim and is demanding that I pay the amount of $3400.00. My insurance provider has an incomplete quote from - and is claiming that they have a request for the same amount that - is billing my credit card company.
