APR or interest rate California
Bank increased my interest rate far beyond my ability to pay despite a spotless credit history. Though I do not know the legal definitions of USURY and I must assume that the bank is operating within the confines of the law, the spirit of the law has been clearly broken since the practice is purely predatory and without provocation.
