After contacting Citibank, when - - - would n't allow me to make payment arrangements, they contacted me and told me to contact them. Citibank gave me - wrong contact number. Citibank gave me the following number -, which is the - - service desk. I - number -, called them -, and was forwarded to a machine to leave my name and contact number. I did that, the first contact was -/-/2015, the last contact being -/-/2015, and no one has returned both calls.
