On -/-/2015 I noticed - unauthorized ACH transactions from a company named - PRO - for $1200.00 ( -/-/2015 ) and $1800.00 ( -/-/2015 ) debiting my business account # - ( closed ) with TD Bank. I contacted my bank immediately to request a refund and days later received a letter from TD Bank stating that the refunds requested were denied. I have not done any business with - ever but nevertheless I contacted them and tried to explain their mistake but instead got the run around. I have more details if necessary. I have nowhere else to turn and I am hopeful that your agency may help me recover the lost funds.
