Citibank Credit card department,
My credit card company ( Citi ) contacted a person never added to or authorized on the account by phone. I did not authorize the person, or provide their phone number, to the company. They told me they accessed a 'government database ' to obtain this persons phone number. None of this was authorized by me at any time.
