JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Received my Chase Credit Card Monthly Bill and did not recognized $20.00 charge that appeared from - - - - - CT. The phone number is out of service. There is no web address. I reported the charge item to Chase. On -, this phone number is linked to fraudulent company. If all Commercial Banks are notified that this is a fraudulent account, why are n't they required to identify this phone number on all their - Card accounts, many consumers will overlook a $20.00 charge.
