I paid my credit card bill on the due date of -/-/2015 in the amount of $210.00, which Wells Fargo took out of my - Checking account immediately overnight. The next thing I find out is that they put a - day hold on my - charge card, saying they never received the $210.00 because my account was overdrawn. I have overdraft protection at - and I paid the $32.00 overdraft fee when Wells Fargo got their $210.00 payment. - faxed over a letter to Wells Fargo stating that they did get their $210.00 payment, but Wells Fargo is refusing to believe them. They are still trying to tell me the payment has not cleared, even though they took the $210.00 already.
