JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I have a Chase credit card with a reward program. I have accumulated - rewards points on my account which worth cash amount of $340.00. But when I was trying to redeem the cash, Chase took away all my points without any notice in advance, and refuse to redeem any cash for me.
