OAC was contacted by - Credit Reporting regarding a dispute I filed and indicated to - that the debt was still active. OAC has placed a debt on my credit report in error and sent me a letter indicating their error. This debt was sent to OAC collections in error by - - -. TransUnion will not remove this debt from my credit report because OAC provided the false statement that this debt is still active. I have attached the letter I received from OAC indicating their error and false statement indicating they have sent notification to the credit bureaus requesting they delete this item.
