I signed up for a Barclay - Credit card. The T & C 's presented during the sign up process and the T & C 's of the card I received had a significant difference : the APR on the card is 24.99 % but the advertised APR was 15.24 % or 18.24 % when you open your account, based on your credit worthiness. I called Barclay customer service on - to have the Bait and switch '' resolved. They said I would have to file a written complaint and provide documentation.
