GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
Hi, - of my credit card charged deferred interest rate after 1 year of 0 % APR. In the beginning they said 2 year 0 % APR and later the later they said 1 year 0 % APR and at the end of 1 year of promotion. They charged around $1900.00 as interest in my balance as deferred interest. Can they charge that high as deferred interest? I have never heard of it. Thank you
