In - I called TD Banks customer service, and asked them to close my account. In the - of -, I went back to TD Bank. To reopen my account, to my surprise the account was never closed.And on top of that, they told me that I owed the bank $61.00 and some cents. I was told that I could not have the account closed over the phone. But the customer service representative that I spoke to over the phone, did not tell me that. On Friday - - -. I went into a TD Bank on - -, in -. And i was still not helped.
