JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Customer service / Customer relations California
I am an executive at - and thankfully I 'm gainfully employed with an income exceeding $ 250k. My credit report was tranhshed due to late payments incurred for the months of -/-/2014-/-/2014 on my Chase SouthWest credit card. The payments were missed due were missed by my due to an error that related to scheduled auto payments that I believed were setup with my bank. I also ended up travelling out of the country during this time, and was unaware of the issue of the missed payment. Ironically, Chase called me only once, at that time I was checking out through customs and being hurried and was not able to comprehend what the phone rep may have been saying. When I finally arrived back, I realized the delinquency on the chase account, after which I promptly made the account current. I had spoken to Chase 's customer service who had asked that I provide them with my bank statements from the time to prove I had sufficient funds to make the payment. I sent Chase statements from - of my banks which showed my checking account balances were consistently over $30000.00 during the period of the late payments. Much to my surprise Chase refused to remove the late payment, in spite of me providing them with the information they had requested.
