I am extremely upset that a collection agency called my family members and employer after they had my correct contact information. - - - from United Recovery Systems - ext - left a message on my cell and then proceed to contact my family members and work. He did not give me an opportunity to call him back after - message. I spoke with his manager to notify him that that was inappropriate to contact my family members.
