This firm represents, - - and - - with regard to this mortgage loan. On or about - 2012 my clients were offered by Bayview Loan Servicing ( Bayview ) a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure ( DIL ). My clients accepted the offer, received the required documents, executed and returned the same. However, the DIL was never processed by Bayview. Bayview incorrectly moved forward with a judicial foreclosure to the detriment of my clients. My clients now have a Deficiency Judgment against them due to the servicing error of Bayview. Accordingly I am requesting more information to review the matter and determine the appropriate legal action to vacate the Deficiency Judgment. Thank you, - - -, -. - for - - and - -.
