Their representative, - - took my application and issued a letter of qualification and sent me a request for some additional documents. I was not returning the documents fast enough for - and he began to call me daily and become difficult to deal with. Finally, I told him to leave me alone and that I would get the loan elsewhere. - - then called my real estate agent and complained that I was not living up to the purchase contract for the property.
