This went into effect without knowledge of a summons. Contacted Alaska Commission on Post Secondary Education ( ACPE ) about the issue, and was told that they were able to proceed even without my presence or knowledge. Attempted to negotiate a payment plan, but was declined. ACPE told me the only way the garnishment would be lifted is if paid in full. Alaska Commission on Post Secondary Education Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer don't agree with fees charged November 19, 2015 - I have a student loan with Alaska Commission for Post Secondary Education from -/-/- that I have been paying on. If I got behind, I always caught back up. I filed for divorce in -/-/- ( I was a stay at home mom up until -/-/- ) so my account became delinquent and in default. In -/-/- I filed bankruptcy.
